Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your rental equipment and event date, a $50 booking deposit is required at the time of booking.

Booking Deposit

• A $50 booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Reservations are not guaranteed until the booking deposit has been received.

• The booking deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance.

Cancellations

• The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.

• If a customer chooses to cancel their reservation for any reason, the booking deposit will be forfeited.

Weather Policy

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and customer safety is always our top priority.

• If severe weather is forecasted and the event must be rescheduled, customers may apply their $50 booking deposit toward a future rental date, provided the reschedule request is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event date.

• Rescheduled events are subject to equipment availability and scheduling availability.

Within 72 Hours of the Event

• Because equipment is reserved exclusively for your event and may prevent other customers from booking those items, deposits become non-transferable within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the $50 booking deposit.

Remaining Balance

• Any remaining rental balance must be paid prior to delivery unless other arrangements have been approved by AdventurePro Party Rentals.

• Equipment will not be delivered until all required agreements have been completed and payment obligations have been satisfied.

Reservation Requirements

• A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and equipment.

• After submitting a booking request, an invoice for the booking deposit will be sent to the email address provided.

• A Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver will also be sent electronically for review and signature.

• Reservations are not considered confirmed until both the booking deposit has been paid and the Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver has been completed.

• Equipment availability is not guaranteed until all reservation requirements have been satisfied.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we reserve your equipment specifically for your event date and time. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations impact scheduling, inventory availability, and other customers seeking rentals during peak event periods.
