Customers agree to provide:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, scheduling demands, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must ensure an authorized adult is present during delivery and pickup when required.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer assumes responsibility for all rented equipment during the rental period.

Customers agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions

• Supervise participants at all times

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose

• Prevent misuse, abuse, or unsafe operation

• Keep equipment free from food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, and hazardous materials unless specifically permitted

Customers must immediately discontinue use of equipment if unsafe conditions arise.

Inflatable Safety Requirements

For bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and other inflatable attractions:

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Users must follow posted safety guidelines.

• Rough play, flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

• Equipment must not be used during severe weather conditions.

• Equipment must not be moved, altered, or tampered with by customers.

AdventurePro Party Rentals reserves the right to suspend operation of any inflatable if unsafe conditions are observed.

Weather Policy

Customer safety is our highest priority.

Certain equipment, particularly inflatables, may not be operated during:

• High winds

• Lightning

• Severe thunderstorms

• Heavy rain

• Other hazardous weather conditions

AdventurePro Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel, delay, suspend, or remove equipment when weather conditions create safety concerns.

Weather-related decisions will be made at our sole discretion based on available forecasts and site conditions.

Equipment Condition

All equipment is cleaned, inspected, and tested prior to delivery.

Damage, Theft, or Loss

Customers are responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup.
